Teri McConnell is an author with several short stories and a freelance editor. Her work focuses on mental health both inside and outside of the military through a slipstream horror lens. She is currently working on her debut novel under the working title π‘†β„Žπ‘Žπ‘‘π‘œπ‘€π‘π‘œπ‘’π‘›π‘‘.

Teri currently lives in Virginia with her husband and their cat and two dogs. She is a retired US Navy Electronics Technician, the Content Coordinator forΒ Issue 29Β of Superstition Review, and an ACES certified copy editor. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from Arizona State University. While often busy with editing and writing, her favorite pastime is still snuggling with a good book under a dog-fur covered afghan.
